Prices & examples: Coming SoonBy commissioning me in any kind, you are agreeing to the terms of service below. It is recommended you, the client, read this before payment.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.I. GENERAL TERMS
Please write in a clear and nice manner.
Provide neat references. Low res images will not be accepted.II. PAYMENT
All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
I accept payment in USD and GBP. All payments will be taken via PAYPAL only.
It is the commissioner's responsibility to tell me when the payment has been sent.III. PROCESS & COMMUNICATION
Discussion of commissions can be conducted via Twitter, IG DM, email, or Discord (niji#0712).
Work In Progress will only be given after finishing the following stages of the commission; sketch, line, and flat colour.
The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 2 months depending on many factors such as;
Health, order of commission, complexity, Work, school or family issues.If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.IV. REFUND POLICY
If the commission is cancelled (by me or client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.
If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion.
No refunds will be given for completed, or nearly completed commissions,
I, the artist, reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation.
If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it in any state, a full refund will be given.V. WILL/WILL NOT DRAW
Below is a general guideline for what I will or will not draw. Please keep my artstyle in mind when ordering; refer to my examples link at top.Allowed content:
Characters (fictional, non fictional ie real humans in my art style, OCs)

Any form of sexual content
Mecha
Extreme fetishes
Any sort of hateful content, such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, and characters with Nazi /Soviet/etc imagery or pharaphernalia.VI. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself within any place or site.
Publish books with.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.The commissioner is allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right to their character(s) but not the commission itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, all the rights you had to the commission will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork. Removing any watermarks/signatures. Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
